Following is a listing of all major Scott catalog numbers
2476 to 3369 and a summary of what is, and what is not,
included in this collection. These catalog numbers are
presented for aid in philatelic disscussion only and
are not to be used for any other purpose.
Legend for exclusion justification:
GUM - Some gum is shiny, some is dull.
TYPE - Trivial differences (generally referred to as
"types")
PERF - Perforation gauge (not perforated v. imperforate)
COLOR - Subtle color difference (Significant color differences
are included, but this is a highly subjective area).
X - Number not listed in Scott's Specialized Catalog
Color Legend
Yellow = Regular Issue / Definitive
Blue = Commemorative
Pink = excluded
Gray = number not in catalog
Should have only included one of 2913/2914, only one
of 2915/3133, and only one of 2920/2921 (see Page
62). The difference between the BEP and Stamp Venturers
stamps is not significant enough to consider.
