Following is a listing of all major Scott catalog numbers 3370 to 4220 and a summary of what is, and what is not, included in this collection. These catalog numbers are presented for aid in philatelic disscussion only and are not to be used for any other purpose.

Legend for exclusion justification:

GUM - Some gum is shiny, some is dull.
TYPE - Trivial differences (generally referred to as "types")
PERF - Perforation gauge (or serpentine cut for Self Adhesive) - not perforated v. imperforate
COLOR - Subtle color difference (Significant color differences are included, but this is a highly subjective area).
X - Number not listed in Scott's Specialized Catalog

NOTE: For many modern SA varieties, there is a "PERF" difference AND a subtle "TYPE" difference, even though only one reason is generally given in the listing below.

• Blue = Commemorative
• Pink = excluded
• Gray = number not in catalog

Anomoly

The Dolphin Pin selvage of 3373-77 is displayed on page C442. Normally I don't include the selvage unless it's a Philtelic sheet to prevent having to collect a lot of full sheets. (For example, I collect only singles from the "Legends of Hollywood" series). But in the case of the Submarine booklet, there were two panes with different selvage, so it seemed reasonable to include both. One could easily argue that both need not be included. I just made a judgment call in this case.
